The residential and commercial building, built around 1899, has a total of 15 residential units as well as 4 commercial units, which are distributed over a front building with a side wing and a cross building. In 1998, the entire property was comprehensively renovated and modernised and is therefore presented in a well-kept condition. During the refurbishment, among other things, all pipes and cables were renewed, the windows were replaced, and the facades and staircases were repaired. The entire attic was also converted in the course of the modernisation.
