Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without stating reasons. The
withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, ADEN Immo GmbH Brandenburgische Str. 32 10707 Berlin Tel.: +49 30 61675115 E-Mail: contact@adenimmo.com by a declaration (sent e.g. by post, email or fax) that you wish to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form template; however it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notification that you
are exercising your right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse any payments already received from you
without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification
of your withdrawal from this contract. Refund will be made using the same method of payment
used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no instance will
you be charged a fee for this refund. Remuneration for services provided If you already asked for
our services to begin during the period prior to withdrawal, you will have to pay an appropriate
amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the date on which you notified us
that you were exercising your right to withdraw from this agreement, prorated to the total scope
of services provided for in the contract.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us
a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the
time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared
to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
