Real Estate Assistant (m/f/d) – Full-time –
Join our dedicated team and help shape the future of ADEN Immobilien with us!
Your Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for our real estate agents
- Scheduling appointments, property viewings, and internal meetings
- Creating and maintaining property listings and contract documents
- Managing data in our CRM system (OnOffice)
- Preparing offers and negotiating contract terms
- Advising and supporting existing clients and prospective buyers
- Assisting with contract closings
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Conducting market analyses and monitoring competitors
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or a degree in real estate, business, or a related field
- Experience in the mentioned tasks or similar roles
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally CRM systems like OnOffice
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset
