Do you already have an energy certificate? If not, we will inform you about the current legal situation (Energy Saving Ordinance = EnEV) and give you advice on where you can have an energy performance certificate drawn up.
We will have a professional floor plan drawn up for you. Correct measurements are an important aspect of the sale in order to avert claims for damages.
We create professional and, above all, informative photos of your property.
To reach walk-in customers, we display your exposé in our shop window – clearly visible to interested parties.
We present your property in an informative and high-quality exposé – on our website, in the usual real estate exchanges (including ImmobilienScout24) and with an attractive display in our store (in accordance with the EnEV, we already publish your energy certificate data here).
Through regular postings, we arouse the interest of potential customers on our social media platforms.
We create a virtual 360° viewing for your property: This means that our prospective buyers have the opportunity to take a virtual tour of your property before a real viewing. The advantage for you is that a pre-selection of interested parties is made and a reduced number of real viewing appointments take place. This saves you time! And the viewings that then take place in your property are very effective because the prospective buyer is already very well prepared for what they see. The use of 360° viewings clearly sets us apart from our competitors.
We take care of the viewings and on-site presentation of your property, if desired of course in close consultation with you, and make a pre-selection of interested parties (the energy certificate is presented by us – in accordance with the EnEV – without being asked).
As soon as a prospective tenant expresses a specific rental request, you will receive a compilation of their personal data and documents so that you can make a reliable decision based on this and our personal impressions.
The rental agreement and its signing will be prepared by us in coordination with your property management company.
