In a market like Berlin, where countless real estate agents are vying for the attention of buyers and sellers, visibility and credibility count more than ever. Many advertise with seals, rankings and awards – often prominently placed on the homepage. ADEN Immobilien takes a different approach.

We are one of the most frequently awarded real estate agents in Berlin – and have been for many years. But if you browse through our website or exposés, you won’t find any logos or seals of approval. Not because we don’t have them. It’s because we deliberately don’t put them in the foreground.

An overview of our awards

Since 2020, we have received the FOCUS Top Real Estate Agent Award every year – a seal of quality based on colleague assessments, market analyses and customer reviews. In the same period, the business magazine Capital regularly recognized us as one of the best real estate agents in Germany in its Broker Compass.

ImmoScout24, one of the country’s leading real estate portals, also ranks us among the best providers – with top ratings from users and an above-average completion rate.

Kununu recognizes us as an attractive employer – with top marks for corporate culture, collegiality and development opportunities. Even international platforms such as Bellevue have awarded us several times.

Awards mean a lot to us – even if we don’t actively use them

We are delighted with every single award. Because it is recognition for what we do every day: for the way we advise, support and represent our clients – and for the teamwork that makes it all possible. Every award honors us and confirms our attitude. It is not an end in itself, but a reflection of the values we live by.

And that is precisely why we do not present them boldly on our website. Not because we don’t care about them – on the contrary. But because we believe that trust is not created by logos, but by genuine performance and personal recommendations.
