Distribution & Sales (Maßmannstraße 4)

The privatization of apartment buildings is our absolute core business. Since 2008, we have successfully placed over 72 projects on the market and often sold them off completely – both vacant apartments and capital investments with long-term notice periods. Owners benefit from our expertise in project management, a targeted approach to buyers and optimal sales results.

Facade (Weisestraße 30)

For projects with planned façade refurbishment, we advise on sales-oriented implementation. An attractive external appearance not only increases the value of the property as a whole, but also facilitates the sale of individual units. We know how refurbishment measures have a positive effect on marketing and support the sales process accordingly.

Building (Donaustraße 39-40)

In addition to privatization projects, we also handle the global sale of apartment buildings – both subdivided and traditional apartment buildings. Our international network of investors and capital investors ensures fast and discreet marketing, with optimal pricing for the entire portfolio.

Renovation (Kopernickusstraße 5)

In the case of core refurbishments or major renovations, we support the sale of individual apartments right from the start. By working closely with the owner, we can design development options in line with the market so that buyers’ wishes are taken into account at an early stage and sales can already begin during the construction phase.
