Property description

Description

The attic blank is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained apartment building built in 1920 as a corner building. A total of 4 residential units between approx. 30 m² to 105 m² can be created.

Equipment

The building permit for the planned units has been issued and was extended in January 2023. Fire protection planning, structural analysis and implementation planning are available. Supply and wastewater pipes are already partially in place. The roof has to be renewed. Each apartment has a balcony - facing either southeast or southwest. An elevator is planned. Furthermore, it is planned to supply the four units centrally with hot water and heat. An energy certificate is available for viewing.

Location

The apartment building is located in the Weddinger Sprengelkiez directly on the border to Mitte and is therefore very centrally located. Due to the subway and S-Bahn station Wedding, the connection to the public transport is excellent. The Sprengelkiez is known among Berliners for its high quality of life and family friendliness. Facilities such as the Prime Time Theater, the Erika Hess Stadium on Chausseestrasse or the Eschenbräu brewery, but also the countless bars, restaurants and cafes make the district very livable and always exciting, both by day and by night.
