However, there are state subsidies that support the purchase of a property. We have compiled the most important state subsidies in our checklist.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With some funding programs, it is even possible to combine these. In addition, there are further funding opportunities in some federal states.
